Fifth & Flamingo collects the contact and business information you choose to provide, along with responses submitted through client intake, workforce diagnostic, and recruiting forms. We use it to respond to inquiries, deliver agreed services, communicate about projects, process payments, and improve our work.

We use service providers such as Google and Stripe to store information, operate forms and files, and process payments. We do not sell personal information.

Employee diagnostic results are reported to business leaders in aggregated patterns and themes. We do not intentionally identify individual employees in client reports. Very small response groups may be marked preliminary or combined to help protect confidentiality.

We retain information only as reasonably needed for services, records, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email sally@fifthandflamingo.com.

Our diagnostic is a practical business tool, not legal advice, a clinical assessment, or a validated prediction of employee behavior.
